The Jabatan Taman Laut Malaysia (JTLM) is the government agency that conserves and protects the marine eco-system especially coral reef areas in order to ensure the sustainable usage of the fisheries resources in the coastal waters. They also need to protect and manage the natural marine eco-system for research on biodiversity, educational purposes and sustainable development of recreational/eco-tourism activities.

The 4th International Trade Exhibition and Conference on Total Business Solutions for SMIs and SMEs SMI 1-Stop Solution 2003 - The Region's Largest Annual Gathering of SMIs and SMEs exhibition was launched by the Deputy Prime Minister on 5.6.03 at PWTC.

The Bank Negara Malaysia proposed theme "Towards Enhancing SMEs Potential " was displayed in an exciting multimedia presentation from the plasma screen and the interactive financial information content was prepared in two touch screen computers for the BNM booth .

Both the multimedia presentation in bi-lingual with the content of financial services for the SMEs was developed in an interactive cd-rom which was distributed by BNM during the three days event.
